23, 24 and 25 High Street

23, 24 and 25 High Street (listed grade II)

23 to 25 High Street comprise a row of three mid-18th century cottages, with an original shop which has now been incorporated into No. 25.

Built of thin coursed stone, they are of two storeys. Numbers 23 and 24 have:

  • a 20th century door on the left,
  • a 3-light window on the right,
  • a 5-light window above, and
  • a stack at right end.

Number 25 (the former shop) has a door on the left, a 2-light window to each floor and no stack (unheated).
