Patrick's Yard refers to the path from the High Street to the left of (Derek and Shelia's house). The path now leads past the door to No. 9 High Street ([[Riverside House]]) to the front door of No. 10 High Street ([[The Coach House]]).

Bryan Davenport was award a grant to rennovate 10 & 11 High Street. The estimated cost of repair was £9075. A grant was award from Calderdale Metropilotan Borough of £2500. That being 50% of the maximum grant amount.
